ZBW series combined substation, commonly known as European box transformer, is the combination of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact complete set of power distribution devices, used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential communities, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mining oil fields and temporary construction of electricity and other places, for the distribution system to accept and distribute electricity. ZBW series combined substations have the characteristics of strong complete set, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional civil substations, the combined substations with the same capacity usually cover an area of only 1/10~1/5 of conventional substations, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction amount, and reduces the construction cost. In the distribution series, it can be used for ring network distribution system, and can also be used for dual power supply or radiation terminal distribution system, which is a new complete set of equipment for the construction and replacement of urban and rural substations. The ZBW series combined substation conforms to the standards of SD320-1992 "Technical Conditions for Box-type Substation" and GB/T17467-1997 "high-voltage/low-voltage preassembled Substation"
Structural characteristics:

This product is made of high voltage distribution device, transformer and low voltage distribution device connection, divided into three functional compartments, namely high voltage room, transformer room and low voltage room, high and low voltage room functions are complete, high voltage side power supply system, can be arranged into a ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply and other power supply methods, can also be installed high voltage metering components to meet the needs of high voltage metering. The transformer room can choose S9, SC and other series of low loss oil immersed transformer or dry transformer; According to user requirements, the low-voltage chamber can use panel or cabinet mounted structure to form the power supply scheme required by users, and has a variety of functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, energy metering and electricity measurement to meet the different requirements of users. And facilitate the power supply management and improve the quality of power supply.

High pressure chamber structure is compact and reasonable, and has a comprehensive anti-misoperation interlock function. When the transformer is required by the user, a track can be provided to facilitate access from both sides of the transformer room door. Each room has automatic lighting device, in addition, all the components selected by the high and low pressure chamber have reliable performance and easy operation, making the product safe and reliable operation and easy maintenance.

Natural ventilation and forced ventilation are adopted. The transformer room and the high and low pressure room are equipped with ventilation channels, and the exhaust fan has a temperature control device that can automatically start and close according to the setting temperature to ensure the normal operation of the transformer.
