ZHCS is a new type of low-Voltage switchgear developed by our company to introduce advanced technology of foreign products. It is suitable for power distribution Systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems, etc., where automation is high and the interface with the computer is required, the three-phase AC frequency is 50/60Hz, the rated working voltage is 380 V/400V/660V, and the rated current is 6300A and below. Low-voltage power distribution equipment for power distribution, power supply centralized control, and reactive power compensation in power supply and power supply systems.

Functional unit
1. The module height of the drawer is 160mm. Divided into 1/2unit, 1unit, 3/2unit, 2unit, 3unit, five size series. Unit circuit rated current 400A and below;
2. The drawer only changes in height, and its width and depth dimensions do not change. Drawers of the same functional unit have good interchangeability;
3. Each MCC cabinet can be installed with up to 11 one-unit drawers or 22 1/2-unit drawers. One or more of the drawers use a multifunctional rear panel;
4. The drawer inlet and outlet lines adopt different number of inserts of the same specification chip structure according to the current size;
5. 1/2 unit drawer and cable room transfer adopts back plate type structure ZJ-2 type adapter;
6. The transfer of the unit drawer and cable compartment is made of the same size rod or tubular structure ZJ-1 type adapter according to the current division;
7. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlock.

Main electrical components

     1. The main line of the power supply and feeder unit circuit breaker is AH series. The AH type circuit breaker has the characteristics of good performance,compact structure, light weight and strong series. The price is relatively low, easy to maintain and use, and various performance indicators can meet the requirements of the device;
     2. Drawer unit(motor control unit, partial feed unit) circuit breaker main selection SM1, TG, TM30 series molded case circuit breaker. These Switches have the characteristics of good performance, compact structure, short arc or no arcing, high technical and economic indicators, and can meet the requirements of this device;
     3. The 9 series is selected for the isolating Switch and the fuse type isolating switch. The series has high reliability, strong breaking capacity and mechanical interlocking;
     4. The main selection of fuses is NT series;
     5. AC contactors are available in B series and LC1-D series.

Device characteristics
     1. Increase the heat capacity of the adapter, and greatly reduce the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head, and spacer;
     2. The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable. It does not affect the operation of other units due to the failure of one unit, so that the fault is limited to a minimum range;
     3. The busbars are arranged in a flat arrangement to make the device have good dynamic and thermal stability and can withstand the impact of 80/176kA short-circuit current;
     4. The number of circuits in MCC cabinets is up to 22 times, fully considering the needs of large single-unit capacity power generation, petrochemical systems and other industries for automated electric door(machine) groups;
     5. The connection of the unit to the external cable is done in the cable compartment and the cable can be accessed up and down. The current transformer device is installed in the cable compartment to facilitate installation and maintenance;
     6. The same power distribution system can limit the short-circuit current through the matching of the current limiting reactor, stabilize the bus voltage at a certain value, and partially reduce the requirements on the short-circuit strength of the components;
     7. The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors(32 pairs for 1 unit and above, and 20 pairs for 1/2 units), which can meet the requirements of the number of docking points for computer interface and automatic control loop.
