The principle of the product is the same as the sealed type power transformer. The basic elements of amorphous alloy are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron carbon, etc. It is a soft magnetic material and its magnetizing power is low. The amorphous alloy iron is extremely thin with 0.027mm. Lamination coefficient is low with 0.75-0.8. The electrical resistivity is very high and is 3 to 6 times the silicon steel plates. The hardness is 5 times that of silicon steel sheets. No-load loss of SH15-M-30~2500/6~10 series products decreased by 70% on the basis of GB/T6541 standard value.
1. The transformer core is made of amorphous alloy strips.
2. Low-voltage windings adopts copper foil coils and a cylindrical structure. High-voltage windings use a multi-layer cylindrical structure to balance the ampere-turn distribution of the windings and minimize magnetic leakage.
3. The transformer connection type adopts Dyn11 to reduce the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improve the power supply quality.
4. The oil tank is corrugated structure, the cover and the edge of the box are completely welded or fastened with bolts in two types, which fundamentally prolongs the service life of the transformer oil and insulating materials.
5. All fasteners with special anti-loosening treatment.
6. The transformer adopts vacuum oil injection, which can completely eliminate bubbles in the coil and ensure stable insulation performance.
The transformer can convert the voltage of the grid into the voltage required by the system or the load, and realize the transmission and distribution of electric energy. The transformer can replace the silicon steel sheet iron core transformer and is widely used in outdoor power distribution system.
