ZHX375-550-12 is the Switchgear with the smallest volume and highest insulation performance of the centrally-disconnected switchgear. The altitude is up to3000meters. All of them adopt APG solid insulation and silicon rubber sealing technology, which is the first in the world.
Our company's independently developed ZHX375~550 miniaturized metal-enclosed switch-type switchgear(hereinafter referred to as switchgear), which is suitable for 3-10kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and busbar segmented complete sets.
It is mainly used for power transmission of small and medium-sized generators in power plants, power distribution of industrial and mining enterprises, and substation power transmission and large-scale high-voltage motor starting of power systems. It is used for control, protection and monitoring.
Product features
1. The switchgear is designed according to the armored metal-enclosed switchgear in GB3906. The product is composed of two parts: the cabinet and the centrally-mounted extractable parts(the handcart). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments with IP4X enclosure rating and IP2X protection for each compartment and breaker compartment door. It has overhead access lines, cable entry and exit lines and other functional solutions. After being arranged and combined, it can be a power distribution device of various schemes. The switchgear can be installed, commissioned and maintained from the front, so it can be back-to-back and double-arranged and mounted, which improves the safety, flexibility and floor space of the switchgear.
2. Shell: The parts of the switchgear cabinet are made of 2mm thick aluminum-zinc steel plate, processed by CNC machine tool and adopt multi-folding process. In this way, the whole cabinet not only has high precision and strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation effects, but also adopts multiple hemming process, so that the cabinet body is lighter in weight, higher in mechanical strength and beautiful in appearance than other similar equipment cabinets. The cabinet body adopts an assembled structure and is connected by a rivet nut and a high-strength bolt. This makes the production cycle short,the parts are versatile, and it is easy to organize production.

6. No serious pollution and frequent severe vibration. Strict design under severe conditions meets Class 1 requirements;
7. When using in the normal environmental conditions specified in GB3906, the user and the manufacturer negotiate.
