-Measurement of voltage ratio and check of phase displacement
-Measurement of short-circuit impedance and loss
-Measurement of no-load loss and current
-Dielectric routine tests
-Tests on on-load tap-changers, where appropriate
-Leak testing with pressure for liquid-immersed transformers(tightness test)
-Tightness tests and pressure tests for tanks for gas-filled transformers
-Check of the ratio and polarity of built-in current transformers
-Check of core and frame insulation for liquid immersed transformers with core or frame insulation
-Temperature-rise type test
-Dielectric type tests
-Determination of sound level for each method of cooling for which a guaranteed sound level is specified
-Measurement of the power taken by the fan and liquid pump motors
-Measurement of no-load loss and current at 90% and 110% of rated voltage

This 1600 kVA prefabricated substation was delivered to Ethiopia in 2022. It's used in factories that manufacture electrical products. This prefabricated substation (also known as compact transformer) contains HV and LV switchgear panels with distribution transformer to provide comprehensive solution. This prefabricated substation is ease of transportation and ready to relocate, ready for installation and commissioning, compact and robust design, equipped with high quality HV and LV equipment, wide range of factory designed options, reliable and minimal maintenance.
The rated power of the Oil type distribution transformer is 1600 kVA with ONAN cooling, 3 phase, the primary voltage is 33kV with ±2*2.5% tapping range(NLTC), the secondary voltage is 0.4kV, they formed a vector group of Dyn5.
