Display Operation Unit: This panel adopts new PMS intelligent touchable interface display which is not only intuitive, but also very easy for setting system running parameters. Up to 255 parameters pictures can display nearly all running parameters including voltage value of every battery unit (or every battery group). Advanced touchable interface display replaces traditional pushbuttons, which can increase system reliability further.
AC power Distribution Unit: Using 2 ways of AC charging power supply lines, users can access 1 or 2 ways according to actual conditions. The system is distributed to each power module according to the principle of first route priority power supply.
Power output unit: it selects high frequency switching power supply module and uses N+1 mode. After the failure of individual modules, it will automatically exit operation without affecting the normal operation of the system. The reliability of the whole system is improved. The module can be live plugged, which makes the maintenance work very simple. The high frequency switching power module uses power factor correction technology and phase correction technology to reduce the influence of the system on the computer harmonica. The double closed loop voltage and current regulation technology and the unique current bending current sharing technology make the distribution of the output current of each module reasonable and effective, and ensure the power system is always in the best operation status.
Monitoring unit: it uses high performance microcomputer, scans and controls each unit in the system in real time, and provides high quality DC output to the control bus. At the same time, its V-T curve controls the equalizing charge voltage and floating charge voltage of the battery, according to the ambient temperature parameters of battery operation, ensuring the battery is full capacity and in good condition. In addition, the monitoring system monitors the voltage curve of each battery, so as to facilitate the timely deletion of the battery.
