Distribution transformer
Inspection of distribution transformer before operation:
1. Check the transformer certificate; if the certificate exceeds two months, the insulation resistance should be retested.
2. Check the oil level and breathing hole; there should be no oil leakage, oil leakage and good ventilation.
3. Check whether the high and low voltage insulation bushing and relevant lead wires are intact, and whether the screws are loose.
4. Whether the position of the voltage regulating switch is correct and whether the high and low voltage fuses are suitable.
5. Lightning protection shall be complete and grounding resistance shall be measured to be qualified.
6. There should be no abnormal phenomena in cables and busbars.
