ZHCS is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high automation and computer interface requirements, it is used as a low-voltage complete distribution device for power distribution, motor centralized control and non-power compensation in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, a rated working voltage of 380V (400V), (660V), and a rated current of 6300A or less.
Function:Incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, busbar cabinets, metering cabinets, PT cabinets, lifting cabinets, etc. are indicated by wiring scheme numbers; according to the type of main switch components, they are divided into: load switch cabinets, load switch-fuse combination cabinets, circuit breaker cabinets and isolation switch cabinets, etc., respectively indicated by F (fuse combination electrical appliances), V (circuit breaker), C (load switch)
1.The main frame adopts 8MF open steel, and the two sides of the steel have installation holes with modules of 20mm, 100mm and 9.2mm
respectively, which makes the internal installation flexible and convenient;

Functional Unit
The selection principle of the main electrical components is based on the introduction of technology, which can be mass-produced in series and meet the high performance requirements of the device.
1. The AH series is mainly selected for the power supply and feeder unit circuit breakers. Other more advanced M series produced by Sch n e i d e r and
F series produced by A B B can also be selected. AH type circuit breakers have the characteristics of good performance, compact structure, light
weight and strong series. The price is relatively low, maintenance and use are convenient, and various performance indicators can meet the
requirements of this device;
2. The SM1, TG, and TM30 series molded case circuit breakers are mainly selected for the drawer unit (motor control unit, part of the feeder unit).
These switches have good performance, compact structure, short arcing or no arcing, and high technical and economic indicators, which can
meet the requirements of this device;
3. The 0 series is selected for the disconnector and fuse disconnector. This series has high reliability, strong breaking capacity, and can realize
mechanical interlocking;
4. The NT series is mainly selected for the fuse;
5. The B series and LC1-D series are selected for the AC contactor.
