1. High-voltage winding adopts filler epoxy resin vacuum casting, small partial discharge, high electrical strength of the coil, the inner and outer walls of the winding are reinforced with glass fiber mesh spacing, which increases the mechanical strength of the coil and improves the product's ability to resist sudden short-circuiting, and the coil never cracks.
2. Low-voltage winding adopts foil structure, which solves the problem of axial helix angle when winding with wire and makes the ampere-turns more balanced, meanwhile, the coil adopts axial cooling duct to enhance the heat dissipation ability, and epoxy resin is adopted between the winding layers, and integral curing and molding.
3. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, the core column is tied with Fclass latitude-free tape, and the surface of the core is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which reduces the no-load loss, no-load current and noise of the core.The clamps and fasteners are treated with special surface treatment, which further improves the product appearance quality.
4. Adopting cross-flow side-blowing cooling fan, the cooling fan has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, beautiful appearance, etc., which enhances the overload capacity of the transformer. Temperature control adopts only temperature controller, which improves the reliability of transformer operation.
