1. The box structure is divided into vertical and horizontal types. The outer shell is made of 2mm high-quality stainless steel plate, which is bent by
multiple folding processes (or a stainless steel double-layer composite plate with a honeycomb structure, which has flame retardant, environmental
protection, heat insulation, anti-condensation and other properties), and adopts a special welding process. After the box is formed, the overall
strength is high, the surface is as smooth as a mirror, and there is no trace of welding seams;
2. The internal installation beam (plate) is treated with hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure that it will not rust within 20 years;
3. The front and back doors of the box are opened for user operation and maintenance. The doors are surrounded by high-elastic aging-resistant
sealing strips. Each door is equipped with both light and dark door locks, and the light locks are equipped with anti-blocking and anti-rust rain
covers;
4. The metering room is fully enclosed with a lead sealing device;
5. The side of the box is equipped with a rainproof and foreign body-proof incoming cable conduit, the bottom is punched with ventilation holes and
cable outlet holes, and the top is equipped with ventilation ducts and wire mesh, which have the functions of waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof and
foreign body-proof;

Functional Unit
The selection principle of the main electrical components is based on the introduction of technology, which can be mass-produced in series and meet the high performance requirements of the device.
1. The AH series is mainly selected for the power supply and feeder unit circuit breakers. Other more advanced M series produced by Sch n e i d e r and
F series produced by A B B can also be selected. AH type circuit breakers have the characteristics of good performance, compact structure, light
weight and strong series. The price is relatively low, maintenance and use are convenient, and various performance indicators can meet the
requirements of this device;
2. The SM1, TG, and TM30 series molded case circuit breakers are mainly selected for the drawer unit (motor control unit, part of the feeder unit).
These switches have good performance, compact structure, short arcing or no arcing, and high technical and economic indicators, which can
meet the requirements of this device;
3. The 0 series is selected for the disconnector and fuse disconnector. This series has high reliability, strong breaking capacity, and can realize
mechanical interlocking;
4. The NT series is mainly selected for the fuse;
5. The B series and LC1-D series are selected for the AC contactor.
