Product Description

HXGN17-12 AC metal ring network switchgear(vacuum switch)(referred to as ring network cabinet) is a new high-voltage switchgear produced for the transformation and construction of urban power grids. In the power supply system, it is also used as the breaking load current and short-circuit current and closing short-circuit current. The ring network cabinet is equipped with FZRN25 and FZRN21 vacuum load switch. And the operating mechanism is a spring mechanism. The mechanism can be operated manually or electrically. The grounding switch and the isolating knife are equipped with a manual operating mechanism. The ring network cabinet is strong in set, small in size, free from burning and explosion hazard, and has a reliable "five-proof" function.
The ring network cabinet complies with the relevant provisions of GB3906 "3-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear" and IEC60420 "High-voltage AC load switch fuse combination".

Environmental conditions

Operating
For the switchgear with load switch, the special operation handle is used to operate on the front of the switchgear. The front of the operating mechanism has upper and lower operating holes, the upper part is the grounding Switch operating hole, and the lower part is the load Switch operating hole. During operation, the handle rotates clockwise to the switch closing direction, and counterclockwise rotation to the switch opening direction. It can also be equipped with electric split and closing devices for remote operation. (Note: Sometimes the load switch does not have a grounding switch, and the grounding switch operating hole is used as the door unlocking).

For the switchgear with the combined electric appliance, except for the manual opening and closing button for the load Switch opening operation, the other operation sequence is the same. The lower grounding Switch of the combined electrical cabinet is identical to the upper grounding switch through the connecting rod. The residual small current on the fuse holder is released when the switch is closed to improve the safety when replacing the fuse.
