It is vacuum cast with epoxy resin with filler, with small partial discharge and high electrical strength of the coil. The inner and outer walls of the winding are reinforced with glass fiber grid, which increases the mechanical strength of the coil and improves the product's ability to resist sudden short circuits. The coil will never crack.
It adopts a foil structure, which solves the problem of axial helix angle when winding, making the ampere-turns more balanced. At the same time, the coil adopts an axial cooling air duct to enhance the heat dissipation capacity. DMD epoxy resin prepreg cloth is used between the winding layers, and the whole is cured and formed.
It is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with a three-order fully oblique joint structure. The core column is bound with F-grade weftless tape, and the core surface is encapsulated with epoxy resin to reduce no-load loss, no-load current and core noise. The clips and fasteners are specially surface treated to further improve the product appearance quality.
The cross-flow side-blowing cooling fan is adopted, which has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, beautiful appearance, etc., and enhances the overload capacity of the transformer. The temperature control adopts an intelligent temperature controller to improve the reliability of the transformer operation.
The protective shell provides further safety protection for the transformer, with protection levels of IP20, IP23, etc. The shell materials include aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel, etc. for users to choose.
The low-voltage outlet uses standard busbar outlet, and both side outlet and top outlet are available. Special outlet methods can also be designed for users.
