Installation Instructions

Conditions of Use

The altitude does nat exceed 1000m;
Ambient temperature:-25ºC-+40ºC;
The daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;
There are no flammable gases, explosion hazards, serious contamination, chemical corrosion and freguent severe vibrations.

Special use environmental conditions
1,When the switchgear is used under normal environmental conditions as specified in this instruction manual, the company andthe user may negotiate and agree on special operating conditions that exceed normal operating conditions.
2,In order to prevent condensation, the swltch cabinet is equlpped with a heater. When the switchgear is in standby, it should beput into use.Even in normal operation, you should pay attention to the application.
3,The heat dissipation problem of the switchgear can be salved by additional ventilation.

Main feature
The cabinet is made of aluminum-zinc plate and processed by CNC equipment. lt is formed by bolting or riveting. The
structure is fully assembled.
lt can be equipped with 2N85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker handcart, VN1, VD4 or HD4 vacuum circuit breaker handcart. Themain busbar of the switchgear can be connected without transition cabinet.
The space of the cable room is suficient, and the air clearance can be ensured to be more than 300mm. There is no need toinstall insulation spacers between the phases.
